How a request works

From phone call to first shift.

01
First contact

You brief us

Phone, email, or the request form on this page. Tell us the role, dates, address, client or resident notes, and anything specific to the placement (gender preference, language, hoist competency, etc.).

We match

We review our active roster against your brief. You receive candidates with their experience, current certifications, and a short note on why we think they're a fit. You decide.

We brief the worker

Before the worker arrives, we brief them on your facility, the resident or participant, your documentation system, and any access details.

We follow up

We check in with both sides after the first shift. If something's off, we know early. If it's working, we extend.

Why work with us

Six things providers care about.

01

Local rosterers

The person you speak to is in our Adelaide office and knows the workers they're recommending.

02

Specialist focus

Aged care and disability support only. We don't moonlight in hospitality or warehousing — your sector is the whole business.

03

Compliance, current

NDIS Worker Screening, NDIS Orientation, AHPRA, Police Check, WWCC, First Aid — verified annually and visible on your account.

04

Transparent terms

Hourly rates and engagement terms quoted in writing before any placement. No hidden booking fees.

05

Continuity, not churn

Where the placement benefits from continuity, we'll roster the same workers into recurring shifts — better for residents, participants, and your own staff.

06

After-hours coverage

A real rosterer answers our after-hours line. No call centre, no overnight gaps.

Frequently asked

Questions providers usually ask first.

How does pricing work?

Hourly rates and any engagement terms are quoted in writing before any placement is confirmed. Rates reflect the role, the time of day, location, and the relevant award. We don't charge booking fees on top of the hourly rate.

What if a worker doesn't turn up?

If a confirmed worker can't attend a shift, our roster line will source a replacement. Specific service-level terms (replacement timing, invoicing in this scenario) are set out in our service agreement and confirmed before we start working together.

Do you require a minimum commitment?

No. We work on a casual basis with most providers — request a shift when you need one. Block, contract, or permanent engagements have terms that are agreed at the start of those specific arrangements.

Are your workers your employees or contractors?

This depends on the engagement. For casual placements we carry employer obligations (workers' compensation, superannuation, leave entitlements, payroll tax). We'll confirm the engagement structure in writing.

How do you handle incident reporting?

Workers are inducted on incident reporting expectations specific to your facility before first shift. They report to your duty manager in real time, complete your incident forms, and notify our roster team — we file the incident on the worker's record and follow up.

Can we hire someone you've placed?

Yes. We offer temp-to-perm conversion. Specific terms — including how temp hours interact with placement fees — are agreed in writing at the time.
