Care work is its own discipline. The compliance regimes, the workforce shortages, and the human reality of working with vulnerable people — none of it generalises well from generic staffing.
We work with residential aged care facilities, retirement villages, Home Care Package providers, NDIS-registered Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation providers, day programs, and families and plan managers organising in-home support directly.
Every candidate we place is screened against the relevant Australian frameworks — NDIS Worker Screening, NDIS Worker Orientation, the National Police Check, AHPRA registration for clinical roles, Working With Children Check where applicable, and current First Aid and CPR. We re-verify annually, not just at induction.
We'd rather decline a shift than send a worker who's wrong for the role. Refusing a placement, where appropriate, is part of the job — not a failure of it.
Fair pay, proper handovers, briefings before the shift. The agency a worker recommends to their friends is the agency they continue to work through themselves.
We follow up with both sides after first placements, file the feedback against the worker's record, and use it to make the next placement better.
We supply staff to providers across the Adelaide CBD, the inner and outer suburbs, and into regional South Australia on request. Regional placements include travel coordination where required.
We screen every candidate against the relevant Australian framework for their role. Checks are re-verified annually and held on file.
