Every candidate on our roster is interviewed, reference-checked, and verified against the relevant Australian compliance frameworks before their first shift — NDIS Worker Screening, NDIS Worker Orientation ("Quality, Safety and You"), National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR, and, for clinical roles, AHPRA registration. Where the work calls for it, we also verify manual handling and medication competencies.
